In order to find the correct replacement slipper spring you will need the length, width, and the capacity. The leaf count does not indicate capacity and is not important when determining a replacement. This information would also make a difference in the mounting hardware.

For example, the 4-Leaf Slipper Spring w/ Open Eye End # e24SR is 27" long, 1-3/4" wide, and designed for 4,300 lb axles. Assuming a single axle, you could use the # APS3SE and # APUBR-1 (this is for a 2-3/8" diameter axle) to mount it.

The 5-Leaf Slipper Spring w/ Hook End # e67SR is 27" long, 2" wide, and designed for 6,000 lb axles. Assuming a single axle you would need the # APS4 along with the # APUBR-9 (3" diameter axle) instead to mount the springs.

If neither of these match what you're looking for, I would be happy to help you find a replacement if you send me the additional measurements and capacity.
