Recommended Bike Rack for 1985 Bronco

I want a bike rack that will allow me to open the tailgate i also have a rear tire on the back. Looking for two Electric bike

From the image you attached, it the receiver hitch sets away from the bumper which is beneficial toward clearing the spare tire. I recommend the RockyMounts BackStage Bike Rack for 2 Bikes, # RKY10002. You will need to measure for clearance, please note the attached image showing 9-1/2" from hitch pin to closest part of the bike rack. Note that closest point is the swing arm, the location of the bike wheel sets back another few inches.
