Is There a Hitch Extender that Can be Used with 3,800 lb Trailer
Question:
I’ll be towing a Harley Road glide in the bed of my Tundra 5.5 foot bed with the tailgate down. I will also be towing a pop up with GVWR of 3800 lbs. do I have options with an extension?

I like the Brophy Hitch extender with Step # ST18. it reduces your tongue weight by a third instead of most others reduces by a half. As long as the hitch on your 2006 Toyota Tundra has a hitch capacity that can handle the reduction this would work fine since hitch extenders cut the capacity of the hitch they are installed in by 50 percent.
