Electric Bike Hitch Rack for Use in 1-1/4-Inch and 2-Inch Hitches

Question:

Im carrying 2 electric bikes. 2 cars, different hitches on each. I prefer not to remove the batteries when transporting. Is there a rack with 58-lb per bike capacity so I do not have to take out the batteries and that will fit both hitches?
