Yes, you can use a weight distribution system on your Ram 2500 with air suspension. You will want to make sure your air bag system is set to its lowest capacity or 10% when you are hooking up your trailer. You will then set the weight distribution system up so your truck and trailer are level. For your travel trailer with a 1,050 lbs tongue weight I recommend the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution w/ 4-Point Sway Control item # EQ37121ET. This system has a tongue weight range of 800 lbs - 1,200 lbs which will be perfect for your trailer. The brackets keep the spring bars in place for a rigid system that will hold your trailer in line.
I also recommend the Classic Accessories Tow Bar and Weight Distribution Tote item # CA80113. This heavy duty bag is perfect for storing your weight distributing hitch. It is 36" x 11" Wide x 8" Tall and has padding that prevents damage to your hitch and prevents dings to your vehicle's cargo area from shifting gear.
