When it comes to installing a trailer hitch on your 2019 Subaru Outback Wagon The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2 inch # C13410 is confirmed for your vehicle and will work with the 1Up stinger per the manufacturer.
The Curt hitch has a bolt-on installation with no welding required, it also has a gloss black powder coat finish over a protective base coat that offers superior rust resistance.
