RV roof vents are typically all 14" x 14" and require a 14-1/4" x 14-1/4" hole to install. Manufacturers have started prepping enclosed trailers with frame work to support a vent installation but I can't confirm whether or not your Gladiator Cargo Trailer will have this already.

If you don't already have frame work giving you a 14-1/4" x 14-1/4" space for the vent then you'll need to mark one out on the ceiling and cut into it and will most likely need build some frame work to support the vent or at least build a frame around the opening just to increase the thickness of the roof for the vent to be compatible.

To determine the correct vent for your needs you'll need to decide what features you want. There are standard vents with no fan like the Ventline E-Z Lift Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent # V3092-601-00 you were looking at.

There are vents with a standard design that have built in fans like the Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Thermostat - Powered Lift - 14-1/4" x 14-1/4" # FV803350.

There are also vents with a more unique lid design that allow you to use them in any weather and also while driving like the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # MA00-06401K. I've attached a video of me installing this particular vent in another enclosed trailer below which can help further explain the steps for installing any vent on your trailer.

If you can give tell me what the intended purpose for the vent is and what features you'd like then I can find the correct vent for your needs.

Since you're just replacing a standard vent with another standard vent I recommend the MaxxAir Mini Manual RV Roof Vent - Non-Powered - Black # MA00-03750 or # MA00-03700 for white. These vents can be used in any weather and allow you to vent your trailer while driving unlike all other models on the market.
