Would it be possible to instead of using the switch that is provided to use the upfitter switches already in the truck?

Yes, you can use the upfitter switch on the dash of your 2015 Ford F-350 to switch the Custom Third Brake Light Camera # 3460006 on the 8" dash screen when you need to switch from the bumper camera to the 3rd brake light camera. You will simply need to tie in your upfitter switch in place of the switch that comes in the kit.
