Replacement Master Cylinder Assembly for Dico Model 10 Brake Actuator

Question:

My 1995 Hoss boat trailer has a DICO Model 10 actuator. as can be seen from the photos, the brake assembly is welded on. Is it possible to RandR the master cylinder by removing everything from the front, which is my only option here. I would hope the flex brake line that is connected to the rear of the master is long enough to allow the master to be removed. Judging from the condition of the master, I imagine the brake lines would be corroded up as well and would need replacement and probably the four brake assemblies at the wheels. Thanks.

Thanks for the pictures! To replace the master cylinder in your Dico Model 10 actuator you are going to want to use the Replacement Master Cylinder Assembly for Titan Model 10 and Model 20 Brake Actuators item # T2374600. This master cylinder is specifically for drum brakes.

I would be happy to help you replace your brakes but I need to know what size you currently have on them to make a specific recommendation. I have linked the selection our of hydraulic drum brakes below.

To recommend brake lines I would need to know the distance from your actuator to your axles.
