Curt Fifth Wheel Rail Kit Recommendation for 2016 Ford F-250

I have a 2016 F250 and I’m planning on getting the curt 16418 and 16204 bracket railing kit. My question is will my 5th wheel hitch I currently have fit it? I have 18k hidden hitch thank you for your time and support.
