Given your description, you'll need a ball mount with a pretty considerable drop. The best way to determine what sort of drop ball mount you'll need is to determine the height difference between the inside top edge of the hitch receiver tube and the underside of the trailer's coupler when it's up on the jack and level. I'll link you to an article that shows how to do this.
Ideally, you'll want to use a ball mount that places the trailer ball so it's an inch or two high because the rear of the truck will settle a bit when the trailer's hitched up.
I'll link to our selection of adjustable ball mounts for a 2 inch receiver like the B&W # BWTS10033B Tow & Stow you'd looked at.
