For your 2016 Toyota RAV4 you are going to want the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # 118578. This custom-fit T-One connector plugs into your RAV4's wiring harness behind your rear tail lights. I have attached an installation video.
