Yes the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C94WR will fit your 2022 Hyundai Tucson PHEV Limited. It has been confirmed by Curt to fit all trims of the 2022 Tucson and we also have reviews on our site from installations on the PHEV.
I do recommend installing the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # CU94FR when you install the receiver. This will give you a 4-way flat connector that will fit most small trailers as well as Auxiliary Lights # C53201. The auxiliary lights are needed if you are carrying a hitch mounted accessory that impairs the view of your tail lights on your Tucson. The Curt Easy Mount Bracket # C58001 will allow you to secure the 4-way connector to the end of your receiver tube for easy access.
