Will Yakima BackSwing part # Y02483 Adapter Allow Transit T250 Door to Swing Out

I have a question about the Yakima Swing Away. When I have my Kuat NV 2.0 base bike rack attached and swing it out to 90°, will I be able to open the back van door of my transit 250 to the locking open position?
