Looking for a brake controller for a 2022 Jeep wagoneer, any suggestions? Thanks.

We definitely have some options for you but you'll have to do some checking on your end since the 2022 Jeep Wagoneer is currently a brand new model that doesn't have a lot of information out on it yet.

From what I could find it looks like your Wagoneer will either come with a 4-Way socket or a 7-Way socket. I believe that both options mean you have the factory tow package so we can connect to the plug under the driver's side dash of your vehicle but for the 4-Way we need to add some wiring with the Universal Wiring Kit # ETBC7 which gives you everything for a fully-functioning 7-Way socket.

To connect to the brake controller plug at the front of your vehicle you need the Wiring Adapter # TK93VR. With this we can then install a brake controller and for that I recommend the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite # RED44FR which connects to the Tekonsha adapter with part # 331-TPH-017.

I really like the Tow-Pro Elite because it can be hidden in plain sight, the control knob can be mounted virtually anywhere, and since the control knob is smaller it means you don't have a bulky brake controller taking up leg room in your vehicle.
