I was looking at the 9,000 lb cart, will this cart work on metal floors? Also is it capable of working in dusty environment.

Since there isn't an adapter for the Lock N Roll articulating couplers you wouldn't be able to use the part #TVRVR9 but you could use the Trailer Valet RVR3 part #TVRVR3 instead which instead attaches to the frame of the trailer.…
