I have a 2016 GMC Sierre Denali with a factory fifth wheel prep in the bed. What slider fifth wheel do I need for this truck.

Check your owners manual for the exact specs to your truck. The base 2500HD Denali has a max towing capacity of 13,000 pounds for standard towing and a fifth wheel capacity of 18000 pounds.
