Why Wont My Opti-Bright LED Conversion Kit Work on My 1993 Winnebago Brave?

I get 10.76 volts at both the high beam and low beam plugs, so, do I need 4 in line resistors? 1 for each bulb?

I'm so sorry to hear about your Opti-Brite Headlight Conversion Kit - Sealed Beam to LED - 4" x 6" Low Beams # HLL78LB-2 and high beams # HLL79HB-2. I went ahead and brought the issue to my tech at Opti-Brite, and she said that since these lights are plug-and-play, they should immediately work on your 1993 Winnebago Brave. However, it is important to make sure that your current electrical system is providing a power current of 12-24 volts to operate the LEDs. I recommend taking a reading of your voltage output with a circuit tester like the # PTW2992.

If you find that you are providing over 12-24 volts, I recommend splicing in the Load Resistor Kit for LED Turn Signals - 50 Watts # DI34ZR into your headlight setup.

Thanks so much for the information about the 10.76 volts. I went ahead and reached out to Opribrite again and they said that resisters will not solve the issue for a draw under 12 volts. With a voltage of 10.76 volts, that suggests an issue with either the battery or power being drained to a different location. The best bet is to check the battery to make sure it is working properly. It may required purchasing a new battery to get the power draw you need.
