The manufacturer does not have a schematic for the Stromberg Scissor Jack # JSC-24-IND, so I went to the warehouse and pulled one and came up with the following dimensions which I have noted in the attached picture.

The Leveling Scissor Jack - 24" Lift #JSC-24-IND has bolts that connect to the mounting feet that are 2-1/8 inches on center.
