Recommended Bike Rack to Carry 2 e-Bikes on 2019 Volvo XC60
Question:
Hi, I have a Volvo XC60 2019. I need a bike rack for a heavy 52lbs electric bike. Would like to be able to access my back hatch with rack in place. Was considering the Kuwat Sherpa 2.0 but found it has a 40 lb weight limit. Please advise on a rack which will work for my situation. Thanks!

We've got a great solution for you that would accommodate your 52 lb bike perfectly. The Yakima OnRamp, part # Y36FR would handle 2 e bikes weighing up to 66 lbs each. The rack includes an integrated ramp that makes loading heavier bikes easy. The rack can tilt rearward for easier cargo access, and holds the bikes by the seat post tube, so it works with alternative framed bikes and bikes with fenders. The rack also includes a cable lock to secure the bikes to the rack.
A hitch lock is available as part # Y07235.
