Would like a rack that support 1 1/4 foot and 2inch hitches for 2 RAD minis - what rack would work?

Since the Rad Mini is an e-bike with fat tires and fenders the Hollywood Racks E-Bike Rack part # HLY74FR that you referenced would fit and work great as it has the weight capacity needed for e-bikes, can fit tires up to 5 inches in width, and also fits both hitch sizes like you mentioned as well.
