Is The StowMaster 5000 Tow Bar Compatible With Roadmaster D-Ring Bumper Mounts
Question:
Wondering if anyone has ever tried to use a Stowmaster 5000 with the RM 035 1 D ring adaptors. Seems like it might work? I know that the arms of the Stowmaster are square as opposed to round but the real difference will be the hole placement at the ends of the arms.

The Adapter for Jeep D-Ring Bumper Mounts to Roadmaster Motor Home Mount Tow Bars - 1" Thick # RM-035-1 are only compatible with motorhome mounted tow bars and would not be compatible with your StowMaster 5000 tow bar. The arms are different shapes to prevent you from doing this.
I recommend the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch - 6,000lbs # RM-522 in place of your StowMaster. It features non-binding latches and a large hookup radius to make connecting and disconnecting from your vehicle on any terrain easy peasy. It also comes with cable guides to protect your wires and safety cables from getting damaged or tangled.
