As the Buyers Products Plain Receiver Tube 2-1/2" I.D. x 12" Long # 337RT255812 is a fabrication part, the tongue weight capacity will depend on the other parts used and what it will be installed on. Due to this, it does not carry a specific tongue weight load capacity. However, this is rated to tow up to 20,000 pounds, when properly assembled with other heavy duty components, so it should meet or exceed most Class IV and possibly Class V hitches as well.
With all that being said, the # 337RT255812 is not designed to be a hitch extension and really should not be used as one. Doing so will require a new pin hold to be drilled into the back of it and using it as an extension can reduce the tongue weight of the hitch on your 2021 Ford F-250 by 50% as well. What is going to be a better option is the Curt Hitch Extension and Reducer # C45048. When used in the 24" configuration, it will be rated to 6,000 pounds towing and 600 pounds of tongue weight, but increases to 8,000 pounds towing and 800 pounds of tongue weight when weight distribution is used. With this being as long as it is, I also highly recommend using something like the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch # RM-062 to keep the extender securely in place.
