For a wiring harness that will give you tail light functions on a small trailer towed by your 2022 Hyundai Palisade, I recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # CU94FR. This harness will give your trailer brake light functionality (running lights, turn signals, brake lights).
If you need a trailer hitch for towing your trailer, I recommend the Curt Hitch - 2" # C13427. Not only does this hitch install with a bolt-on installation that takes about 50 minutes, it includes a black gloss coat over the first powder coat to give you extra protection from rust/corrosion. Along with the hitch, you will need a ball mount/ball like the ones in the Curt Towing Starter Kit # C45534. This kit comes with a hitch cover and a locking hitch pin as well.
