For a side frame mount jack that is weather resistant I recommend the Fulton Bolt-Thru Swivel Marine Jack - Bolt On - Sidewind - 12" Lift # FXP15L. This jack has a lift capacity of 1,500 lbs which will be more than capable of handling the tongue weight of your trailer. The tongue weight is typically 10-15% of the trailer weight so your jack only needs to be able to handle 300 lbs. It is not a problem to have a jack with a weight rating higher than your tongue weight. Having a jack with a higher lift capacity only means it will operate more efficiently.

The bracket height for the Fulton jack is 12-3/4" retracted and 24-3/4" extended. The jack can swing up to stow parallel to the tongue for travel. It has a Z-Max 600 zinc finish to resist corrosion and a 600-hour salt spray rating. It has a bolt-on installation and comes with a limited 5-year warranty.

I have attached a review video for your reference.
