What Is The Least Visible Hitch For A 2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid?

Question:

I have a 2021 Rav4 Hybrid that I want to use with a bikes rack for 2 mountain bikes, but currently do not have a hitch installed. I'm looking for the least visible option as I will not be using the hitch a lot and dont particularly want to have a big ol hitch sticking out of me new car.

Though most of the hitches we currently have available for your 2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid will be mostly hidden, the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III # EH97FR will be more so than the others. This will be a direct bolt on application, but with where it sits, there will be some fascia trimming required to complete the install. The instructions that come included lay out exact what will need to be done for this in great detail, so it isn't overly difficult.

The etrailer.com Rubber Hitch Cover # 22282 can also be used to cover the opening of the # EH97FR and will give it a cleaner look when not using your bike rack. On that note, if you do not already have the bike rack, I have two options below that will work very nicely.

The first will be the Swagman Titan 2 Bike Rack for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting # S63400. This is a hanging style rack and should have no issue at all holding your bikes without the need of an adapter bar. The included anti rattle hitch pin will also keep it secure in the hitch.

Next will be the RockyMounts WestSlope Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount # RKY10222. This is a platform style rack and will clamp down on the wheels of your bikes instead of contacting the frame, which is great for carbon fiber frames. The step though design of this rack also makes loading the bikes a lot easier and I prefer this style over the Swagman # S63400, but it is also a bit more expensive.
