Can Rota Flex Pin Box be Used with Reese 16k Fifth Wheel Hitch
Question:
I have, from etrailer years ago, a Reese 16K slider hitch. It has a head that pivots for and aft, also side to side. Is my hitch compatible with the Rota-Flex pin box that is on the new Keystone Arcadia 3250 half ton ? I’m concerned about with both the Reese and the Rota-Flex pivoting there might be some conflict or problems. Also, I have a mor ride pin-box on my current fifth wheel and think that it might be better than the Rota-Flex because it slides for and aft and does a great job of reducing chucking. What say you ? Your Reese 16k hitch would easily work with the Rota-Flex pin boxes like # LC176440 without issue. The ability of the hitch head to pivot would not be a problem for the Rota Flex. This is true for all Reese hitches.
