Yes, the Curt Powered Tail Light Converter # C59236 is confirmed to fit your 2012 Mercedes-Benz GLK 350. This 4-way harness will require you to splice into your tail light wiring for the signal wires of the powered converter.
If you would prefer not to splice into your wiring we do have the Tekonsha ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # 119250KIT that uses sensors that detect when power is traveling through the wiring to trigger the signal wires for the 4-way harness.
