We definitely have what you need to get a 7 Way installed on the 2015 Honda Pilot you are working on. However, the correct pieces will depend on if the Pilot has the factory towing package or not so I did include both options, just in case. I included some install and review videos for you to check out on each product as well.
If it does have the towing package that originally included a 7 Way plug, the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 7-Way Trailer Connector # 118265 will plug directly into connection point behind rear bumper and will be a quick and easy install. There is no cutting or splicing to get this installed either.
If it did not have the 7 Way plug from the factory, you will need to start with a 4 Flat harness if one is not already present. The Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118558 will install in a similar way. You will need to then install our Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller - 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat - 10 Gauge # ETBC7, which will piggyback off the # 118558 and get you up to the needed 7 Way plug. This will also include all the wiring needed to run to the battery and controller, circuit breaker, and connectors.
If you do not already have a brake controller in mind, I highly recommend the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller - 1 to 3 Axles - Proportional # RED44FR. This has one of the cleanest looks after being installed out of all the controllers on the market. This is due to only the adjustment/manual override knob being visible once installed. If the Pilot originally had the 7 Way, you can also use # RED59FR to plug the controller directly into a port under the dash.
