Yes, the Curt OEM 5th Wheel Hitch Legs for Ram Towing Prep Package # C16021 will work for your 2021 Ram 3500 since the OEM Ram 5th wheel hitch is the Curt Q20 rebranded. This will not however, increase the capacity of your hitch as you are limited to your lowest rated component.
