Can Brophy Stake Pocket Camper Tie Downs be Removed when Not in Use on a 2013 Ford F-150

Can these stake pocket mounts be taken out when not in use? I have a 2013 Ford F150 Ex. Cab 4x4 and go camping 4-5 times. I would like to put my tonneau cover back on when Im not using the pop up truck camper. Can I remove these between uses?

Since the Brophy stake pocket mount tie downs, # TDSF, bolt into place, you would just need to un-bolt them from the truck to remove them for the season. It would be a good idea to then apply some sort of rust prevention where the hardware for the stake pockets was to prevent corrosion.
