14K Replacement for Quality 750 Lb Weight Distribution System
Question:
Hello - I inherited a weight control system with the purchase of a used Monaco Lakota SKS27 camper. There is no name on the hitch itself, but the bars do say “Quality 750 lb.” Would this mean the two bars together would work for the 1400 lb. tongue weight of this trailer? I presume “Quality” was the brand name of the system. The holding clips for the bars have a wire tied around them to keep them engaged. Would you sell a replacement for these clips? Thank you -

I do have an option for you but most weight distribution system spring bar capacities are not doubled as you put. Therefore, I recommend using the Curt Short-Arm Weight Distribution System with Sway Control part # C17422 which is rated up to 1,500 lbs of tongue weight. This system also has integrated sway control.
Unfortunately, we have no replacement parts for the system you have now nor am I familiar with the manufacturer.
