Will Custom Helper Springs Kit Work On 2004 Dodge 2500

I have a dodge 2500 I use for towing my fifth wheel. Is the AirCell a suitable replacement for air bags? I need something to keep the rear end from sagging from the weight of the fifth wheel. This is definately more cost effective than air bags.
