What Hitch for Ram with OEM Prep Pkg Works With Lippert Turning Point Pin Box
Question:
I have a 2018 Ram 3500 truck with a 6.5 foot bed. I have the factory installed fifth wheel prep package. I am looking at purchasing a fifth wheel that has a LCI turning point pin box. I am looking for a hitch with a custom wedge that is compatible with the LCI turning point pin box. Thank you,

The Curt Q24 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ram Towing Prep Package part # C16545-16021 isn't compatible with rotating pin boxes but the similar Curt A25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ram Towing Prep Package part # C16046 is so that's what I recommend. They are very similar options, the A-Series has an easier to remove head as well as a better jaw design. You'll need to use the wedge that comes with the pin box.
