I own a 2017 Lance 2285. I’d like to purchase and install the correct lift kit. I took a photo of one axle. I believe it is a Dexter #10. Given this photo, can you confirm this lift kit is the I need? Thanks.

Yes your 2017 Lance 2285 has Dexter # 10 axles so the lift kit part # K71-707-02 that you referenced would work for you.

I went out to the warehouse and the large 3/4 inch bolts used on the Reese round bar weight distribution head #RP58112 require a 1-1/8 inch socket or wrench. For information on torque specs please refer to the instructions I have linked for you.

I spoke to my contact at Dexter Axle, they told me the Dexter Axle Torflex #10 Axle Side-Mount Frame Installation Hardware Kit #DX54FR is made of steel. They also said that there is not an aluminum alternative.
