Will Curt 14053 Class IV Hitch Fit 1990 Ford E350 Cutaway Chassis Shuttle Bus

I have a 90 E350 shuttle bus e350 cutaway, any chance this product will still work?

Possibly.
The Curt # 14053 Class IV hitch could fit, but it would depend on the vertical height difference between the underside of the van's frame and the lowest portion of the back bumper, which is also known as the drop.
You'll need to measure downward from the underside of the van's frame until you clear the bumper. If this distance is less than 2 inches, the Curt # 14053 would fit.
If the drop distance is 2 inches or greater, you'll need to go with a weld-on hitch like the Draw-Tite # 41990-07 which offers up to 7 inches of drop.
