Recommended Extended Shank for Weight Distribution System To Tow With Tailgate Down

I have a micro lite trailer that is 6800 lb and need to tow it with my tail gate down, it has a 2inch receiver. Need to extend . Do you have anything that would work?

If you're using a weight distribution system then we do offer shanks with an extended length. I am not sure exactly how much you'll need to be able to tow with the tailgate down but the Equal-i-zer Weight Dist Shank part # EQ90-02-4600 is a possible solution which measures 14" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the center of the adjustment holes. It offers up to a 4" drop and can be used with most weight distribution systems.
