Determining if Equal-i-zer Shank Will Work as Replacement for Eaz Lift Weight Distribution System

Question:

Will the eaz lift elite 600# load equalizer head fit on this extension? My new trailer has a shorter tongue and I need more distance to clear the rear of my truck?

Weight distribution shanks are pretty interchangeable between different brand systems but I do recommend taking a couple measurements on the existing shank for your Eaz Lift system just to be sure. We don't currently carry Eaz Lift products so I'm unable to verify this myself.

The Equal-i-zer Shank # EQ90-02-4600 that you referenced features 3/4" diameter adjustment holes with 1-1/4 inches between each of the holes, on center. This is pretty much the standard hole size and spacing but you will still want to make sure this matches your current shank just to be sure. If the dimensions match up this replacement will work perfectly to push back the trailer a bit from the rear of your truck when connected.
