To measure for the correct rise or drop in a weight distribution shank, you want to measure from the top of the trailer hitch receiver to ground (like you did) then measure from the bottom of the coupler of your trailer to ground. If your trailer hitch receiver measurement is greater than coupler measurement then you need a drop equal to that distance. If your trailer coupler measurement is greater than the trailer hitch measurement then you need a rise equal to that distance. I would need to know the distance from the coupler bottom to the ground to tell you what rise or drop you need.

If you take these measurements and you need up to 10" rise or 6" of drop then Equal-i-zer Weight Dist Shank # EQ90-02-4900 will work with your EazLift Round Bar system if your old shank had 3/4 inch diameter holes spaced 1-1/4" apart on center. I would not be able to know if it's compatible without knowing the spacing of the shank for your EazLift.
