Comparing Ground Clearance Between Draw-Tite 75218 and Curt C13238 On 2015 Audi Q3
Question:
I have a 2015 Q3 i am putting a hitch on. The website lists 2 class III options. Item # C13238 Item # 75218 Item 75218 looks in the pictures like it is going to end up sitting higher off the ground/tucked up closer to the bumper than C13238, at least in the pictures. That is what I would prefer. Is there any way you can confirm for me whether or not this is accurate? I am looking for the class III hitch that hangs down the least and retains the most ground clearance, if that makes sense. Thanks!

We have not had a chance to install the Draw-Tite # 75218 on a 2015 Audi Q3 yet so I do not have the exact ground clearance measurements, but based on the two manufacturer provided installed photos I believe you are correct that it will give more ground clearance than the Curt # C13238.
If you are planning on towing with your Q3 you will also need a vehicle wiring harness # 119250KIT, and a hitch ball, ball mount, and hitch pin and clip which can all be found in the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900.
I included a link to the written instructions of the # 75218 and videos for the other products mentioned for you to take a look at.
