Backing Plates And Wheel Straps For Securing Vehicles In Enclosed Trailer With E-Tracks

Question:

Do you have backing plates for the e-track? I need to secure my Honda Talon in an enclosed trailer. Im wanting to use wheel bonnets on both vehicles. The ones in there are 72inch on center which will work for the Jeep. Trailer is a 2019 ATC all aluminum car trailer. Thank you very much.

Yes we do have backing plates for the e-tracks. I recommend going with etrailer E-Track Backing Plates w/ Hardware - Galvanized Steel - 6" Long x 6" Wide - Qty 4 # e66RR which is a nice kit that includes 4 plates and all the necessary hardware.

For wheel bonnets to secure your Honda Talon, I recommend going with the Erickson Adjustable Wheel Net with E-Track Fittings - 1,166 lbs # 77314. These straps have the E-track fitting so you can use them with your current setup. This fits most tires up to 29" in diameter. Or if those won't work for you then you can simply use Erickson E-Track Tie-Down Kit w/ 4 Ratchet Straps with Roller Idlers and 2 Wheel Chocks - 1,100 lbs # EM58523-09162-4 which includes 4 E-track ratchet straps that are 12' long each. I attached demonstration videos for you to check out.
