2021 Keystone Outback Ultra-lite 260UML Hitch
Question:
I would like to add a cargo carrier to the back of our trailer for our 4500 Westington Generator. I believe 13703 is the correct part, can you confirm? Also, I read on the specs that it will need a stabilizing strap. Can you tell me what part and where is connects?

If you want to add a 2" receiver hitch to your trailer you should first contact Keystone to see what load limit the frame you are planning to attach to will support.
The Curt # 13703 will work for trailer frames spaced 22 to 72" wide, and are supporting a load that is less than the trailer frame rating or 350 pounds tongue weight. (This will include your generator and the cargo carrier.) As you mentioned, the Curt hitch requires # 18050 stabilizer straps. On a car these would attach at the edge of the trunk or gate. You would have to customize a connection point on your trailer that would support the load. (another call to Keystone)
A better choice might be the Curt # C13702 hitch that has a higher weight capacity and does not require stabilizer straps.
To carry your generator you can use the etrailer # e98874, 24X60 inch cargo carrier attached to your Curt hitch.
