Is It Possible To Use A 2 Inch Bike Rack On A 3 Inch Hitch Receiver?

Will the Thule T2 Pro XTR 9034XTR for 2inch receiver bike rack work with a 2019 F350 with the 3inch receiver hitch, using the two s that reduce the receiver to a 2inch square tube?

I have a solution for you, but the Thule T2 Pro XTR Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches # TH83JV will not work with a receiver reducer sleeve since the bike rack's locking hitch hook will not fit around that 3" receiver opening. I recommend looking into the Buyers Products 3" to 2" Receiver Tube Adapter # 337RTA302 as this will be your only option. This will extend the 3" receiver while converting it to 2" so that the Thule bike rack can fit and lock into place. I attached a couple demonstration videos for you to check out.
