Best Suspension Enhancement for 2020 Ford F-350 Towing Fifth Wheel Trailer

Question:

Ive got a 2020 F-350 Super Duty srw diesel pulling a 39foot 5th wheel toy hauler just bikes, kayaks in the rear. Ive got some sag in the rear I want to address, though the trailer handles pretty well otherwise. The trailer gvwr is 17,350, 4,000 pin weight Reese Goosbox, and 13,930 dry. I will be towing loaded quite frequently, full time living, but using the truck as the daily driver to venture around while were staying places. Ive been looking at the SumoSpring Rebel, Timbrens, Roadmaster Active Suspension, TorkLift StableLoad and then airbag options. I understand Timbrens and SumoSprings are comparable, with the Timbrens being more supportive and potentially more rigid when empty. I dont fully understand those vs the RAS and or the TorkLift. What are your recommendations here? Thank you in advance!

The RAS systems are by far the best suspension enhancement option for a truck like your 2020 Ford F-350 towing a fifth wheel trailer. You get (adjustable) suspension support which greatly reduces sag, you get improved stability and reduced sway, but unlike other options that make the ride quality rougher these actually are known to improve the ride quality.

So if your truck has factory overload springs you'd want the part # RAS3611-SLHD and if you don't have them # RAS3611-SHD.
