How To Prevent Exhaust Contacting Draw-Tite 76112 On 2020 Toyota Sienna
Question:
HI... I am looking at both the Draw-Tite and Curt hitches that conceal under the rear cover. I have seen comments customers that purchased the Draw-Tite model, and they complained of some noise caused by the exhaust hitting the hitch. There is apparently a workaround/fix to move the exhaust to fix the issue with the Draw-Tite, but does the design of the Curt prevent this noise occurring?

You are correct that some customers have mentioned that the exhaust on their 2020 Toyota Sienna was contacting the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76112, but there have been plenty of customers who have installed this hitch without any issues.
The Draw-Tite # 76112 and Curt # C13343 you were looking at have nearly the exact same design so either hitch could have the noise.
If you notice the exhaust hitting the hitch you can bend the hanger slightly away from the hitch for some extra clearance.
Between the two hitches I recommend going with the Curt # C13343 as we have found that the powder coat finish Curt uses is the strongest and more resistant to chipping and scratching.
I included videos for both of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
