I wasn't able to determine the capacities of the OEM hitch on your 2021 Toyota 4Runner, the only references I could find was to the 500lb TW/5000lb towing capacity of the vehicle itself 'When Properly Equipped'. In the list of equipment needed to achieve that, the 'integrated towing hitch receiver' was mentioned, so it would be a very safe assumption that the hitch capacity would match that of the vehicle.

With a loaded weight of 3700 lbs, the tongue weight would range from 370-555 lbs, so you'll want to watch how you load the travel trailer so you don't exceed that 500 lb tongue weight limit.

The Timbren # TTORSEQ you mentioned would help with that sag by offering up to 6000 lbs of additional support but Timbrens can also make for a fairly rough ride that you might not be happy with.

The SumoSprings, part # SS78DR would be a better choice because they're made of a softer material that would provide a significantly better ride quality. They offer up to 1000 lbs of additional support which is plenty to handle any sag caused by the tongue weight of the travel trailer you mentioned.

I've linked to a product description video for the SumoSprings # SS78DR helper springs I mentioned.
