Tongue Weight of Curt Hitch # C11067 with 2 inch Adapter
Question:
If I got this hitch and a cargo carrier that requires a 2in to 1 1/4 in adapter how much weight would I be able to put in the carrier if the cargo carrier weighs 29lbs itself

Expert Reply:
When using a 1-1/4 inch to 2 inch inch hitch adapter you end up cutting the tongue weight of the hitch by 50 percent so the hitch # C11067 would have a capacity in this setup of 75 lbs.
