I would first recommend that you see our article "How to Raise Your Travel Trailer"(linked below). This may help you find the best way to add 2" to your boat trailer. As we do not sell or recommend lift blocks on a trailer.
Being that you are asking about lift blocks I am going to assume that your axle is already located below the leaf springs. If not you can use the Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-384-00 if you have an axle diameter or 2-3/8". For 3" axles use Kit # K71-385-00 to achieve your lift.
With the axle already below your springs the hangers can be replaced for taller to get the lift that you desire. A Hanger Kit like # APS6SE has taller hangers that may suit your application depending on your leaf spring width and current hanger height. If you wish to go this route let me know what size hangers you currently have on your boat trailer and I can help find you the correct hangers for your boat trailer.
