Will the Timbren rear suspension enhancement system work with a 2.5 lift in the back of a 2006 4Runner?

Yes, you can use the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System, # TTORSEQ on a lifted 2006 Toyota 4Runner.
However, you will need an additional component(s) to address distance variation from factory stock arrangement, such as the Timbren 1" Spacer For Raised Frame Vehicles - 3/8" Bushing, # A25723-90AH00. Or, the Timbren 1/2" Spacer, # TA25722-90P00 spacers can be used in conjunction. Timbren recommends that you have a 1/2" to 1" of clearance between the Timbren and the contact point when the vehicle is not under a load. Use of these spacers will require longer through bolts that you can source locally once the length is established.

The Timbren 1/2" Spacer #TA25722-90P00 comes in a quantity of 1 and only includes the spacer. If you require longer hardware then you'll need to visit your local hardware or home improvement store for that, which is actually the same thing…

The 7290 that you see is a casting number. It is found on AL-KO hubs that fit #99 spindles. I found that the bearings used are #28580 which would be the inner bearing and #25580 which would be the outer bearing. For the seal use #91030.

Seal 171255UC has an inner diameter of 1.719 inches and outer diameter of 2.565 inches. A seal that has those dimensions would actually be #58846. I've added a link to a video review of this seal for you to take a look at.
