I can definitely help you find the correct replacement hub and bearings for your Dexter P-12 SLR axle, but since part of the serial number was unreadable you will need to take a few simple steps to identify which bearings your axle uses.

The easiest way to accomplish this is to remove one hub and look for the numbers stamped on the inner and outer bearing like shown in the attached picture of the # L44649.

If your bearings are too worn to be able to read the numbers, you will need digital calipers like # PTW80157 to measure your spindles in area C and D as illustrated in the attached diagram.

Just let me know what bearings or measurements you have and I would be more than happy to recommend the correct hub and bearings for your axle.

Thanks for the picture! Based on the picture you sent of the bearings your Dexter P-12 SLR Axle uses you will need Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 9K to 10K Axles # K08-288-90 if your axle was made before July 2009, or Dexter Trailer Hub Drum Assembly # 8-430-5UC3 if your axle was made after July 2009. Both of these hubs include inner bearing # 387A, Inner Race # 382A, Outer Bearing # 25580, Outer Race # 25520, Oil Seal # 10-51,and Oil Cap Kit # RG04-300. Since your serial number was unreadable on the tag you will need to see if your current hub is a one piece hub or a two piece hub to determine if it was made before or after July 2009. The pre July 2009 Hub # K08-288-90 is a two piece hub that has bolts inside of the drum that bolt the hub and drum together as shown in the included photos, and post July 2009 Hub # 8-430-5UC3 is a one piece hub.
